From school groups to sports teams and social causes, try a fundraiser that’s different and fun! Set up a paint night fundraiser and receive a portion of the profits. Here’s how it works:

Contact our studio to reserve a time slot- do – not use the online booking system. You receive 2 hours of dedicated time to complete a project of your choice from our gallery. We can also create a custom project for your group (cost: $25).

We will create a “special event” in our online booking system for you that will allow you to share a direct link to your invitation list. Participants can register and pay directly through the link so that you do not have to organize RSVP lists and payments.

Your organization will earn a per person revenue based on the project, and each attending guest pays $40-45 to create the project with 100% guided instruction. Below are the per person revenues that your group will earn based on the project selected:

Canvas Art: $22 per person ($40 ticket price)
DIY Decor: $15 per person ($40 ticket price)

You are welcome to bring any outside food, beverage (including alcohol), and decorations you wish to personalize your experience and enhance your attendance. We provide all supplies, materials, equipment, aprons, etc. to complete the project you’ve selected. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time to set up and decorate and have an additional 30 minute window at the party’s conclusion to clean up.

Please contact our studio to set up your fundraising event. We suggest a minimum of two weeks advance notice to provide ample marketing opportunity on your end. We also require a 5 day advance notice on your project selection.
